I only ordered the tembond & the heater (b/c I am a licensed hairdresser & am also certified in a couple of extension methods, I was pretty sure I would do fine w/out the dvd~however, I do strongly recommend that anyone new to this buy the dvd). I have had other methods of extensions in my hair & was looking for something non damaging. The tembond is GREAT STUFF!!!
