The MANEMAXX® hair extension system is excellent for thinner hair. The TemBond® bonds are extremely lightweight, small and discreet when sizing guidelines (of creating small 1/8 to 1/4 inch bundles) are followed correctly.   MANEMAXX® is a strand-by-strand hair extension installation which means “bundles” of loose extension hairs are dipped into the adhesive-free TemBond® and are placed on top of a slightly smaller section of your natural hair. This non-adhesive bonding product, called TemBond®, is then allowed to “seep” through that section of natural hair on its own. The bond must seep through each and every hair.  As the TemBond® dries, it creates the glue-free hold for the bundle of strands of extension hair that can stand many, many weeks and months of long-term, more permanent extension wear; withstanding washing, sleeping, and styling without any harm to your own hair at all.

Most people start by putting on too much bond thus creating a too thick or too large bond result, but then get the hang of it as they move along.Just remember small bundles=smaller bonds=lighter, more comfortable wear and zero damage to your hair.

It is also totally non-damaging as opposed to most methods or just in wearing hair extensions all together. We get many reports of the natural hair getting longer and thicker while wearing the extensions, something typically unheard of, or quite opposite, to many other hair extension methods.

The bonds are very light and shouldn't cause any stress to your hair at all. Keep your bundles small, 1/4 inch flat on a ruler.
