ORDERING/SHIPPING NOTE: Shipping times for MANEMAXX

We do not guarantee delivery in specific time frames or on a specific day or time, including weekday only or Saturday deliveries.  Please DO NOT e-mail or call for faster packing or delivery.  We maintain a system in which all orders are processed according to that system.  You must wait your turn.  If we feel we have a product which can reach you faster, we will contact you.  Some packages will be delivered quicker but all packages are delivered in the time frame you receive in your order status updates by e-mail. After ordering, please allow 1-3 business days for the status e-mail to reach you. We do not offer overnight or expedited shipping. 


The absolute best way to get your questions answered is to SEARCH the website and InfoForum. (Type your keyword into the "search" box and press enter on your keyboard.  For example, if you have a question about International shipping, type "international shipping," press your "enter" key, and this will pull up all relevant results.)

For assistance choosing your hair color, send a photo or 2 or 3, to
info @ manemaxx.com (remove spaces) and include the length you are looking at and your thoughts on color along desired hair product(s), Basic or Regal Remi. We will return our suggestions and/or recommendations according to what you include. These submissions are handled daily from 1-2 PM CST.
